Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped or before the service has commenced. Once an order has been dispatched or a service provided, it cannot be cancelled but may be subject to our return and refund policy.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Digital services or personalized items may not be eligible for returns.

To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our support team with your order number and reason for return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

Refund Turnaround Time:

Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer or payment method.

4. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
